Series Details
This program was thoughtfully designed to bridge the gap between those early weeks post-birth and your return to the gym. Starting with body weight and bands and progressing to moderate weights, we’ll focus on breathing, core connection, mobility, form and technique; building up your strength and stamina with every class. This is a closed-group setting where women meet twice weekly and learn the fundamentals of postpartum fitness.
In eight sessions, you will:
Reconnect with your pelvic floor.
Improve posture + balance.
Strengthen your total-body.
Learn to move optimally through motherhood.
