To workout in the studio, we recommend having your doctor’s clearance which typically happens around 4-6 weeks postpartum and c-section Mamas around 6-8 weeks. We do encourage those in the early stages of their postpartum recovery to join the Body After Baby series to set their foundation and maximize their return to fitness in a slower paced class.
Prior to the infamous “6-week clearance” we encourage you to focus on diaphragmatic breathing, connecting with your deep core, and gentle stretches to aid in mobility.
